Estimator

The primary role we are seeking will perform estimation tasks for commercial and residential bids and provide construction estimation for contracted insurance jobs. Maintain daily communication with management, sales representatives, and department heads.

Review all construction bids and blueprints and provide take-offs. Prepare formal bids, and submit construction details for insurance scopes. Provide GC’s and insurance adjusters with the required documents and photo evidence to support our processes and installs. Follow up with GC’s and insurance adjusters for pending bids and insurance supplements. Prepare invoice totals for GC’s and insurance payments for work in progress.
