I called Tycos due to a water issue around my chimney. I met with Mark, Senior Project Consultant, who was very informative. After inspecting my roof, he found storm damage and worked with my insurance company to pay for a new roof. I then worked with Elijah, Project Manager, who is so kind and could not have done a better job for me. He is very knowledgeable, and with his expertise fixed all issues concerning my roof. He always asked if I had any questions; he wanted to make sure I was happy. Elijah and his team did a beautiful job. They worked fast and efficiently. After they initially cleaned up, they walked around the house several times making sure no nails or debris was left. It's nice to find a company that one can trust to do the job right.
