Improve the Look and Protection of Your Home

Siding is a defining characteristic of your home’s curb appeal. New siding is among the most effective ways to transform a home into a neighborhood standout, and there are many siding types so that you can find the perfect look for your home. Have fiber cement painted in any color imaginable, or perhaps choose vinyl siding with a clapboard design that mimics another siding material. Siding is also imperative to the protection of your home. Properly installed siding protects the underlying structure from water and pest intrusion. It also enhances the R-value and thereby improves energy efficiency, and the right siding can make a real difference in how much it costs to heat and cool your home.

Stucco Removal & Replacement

If you currently have stucco siding and want to convert your house to vinyl or fiber cement, there are a couple of options available to you. The most affordable is vinyl over stucco. If the stucco is reasonably sound, our team can prep it and then create a tight seal with the siding that we install over it. If the stucco is not sound or you just prefer to have it removed, we can remove all aspects of the stucco, including the wires used to install it. We’ll then prepare the underlying surface and make any necessary repairs before installing the new vinyl siding or fiber cement siding of your choice.

Invest in Your Home & Boost Curb Appeal

New siding is an investment in your home, and the average return on investment for siding types like fiber cement and vinyl is 80%. Energy-efficient siding can also lower your heating and cooling expenses on an annual basis. That will lower the carbon footprint of your home and may make you eligible for tax credits or energy rebates. There are many different design options to choose from as well. Hardie board can be purchased in a variety of factory finishes or painted to taste, and vinyl siding is available in dozens of colors and many different styles, such as clapboard, along with board and batten.
